Terms & Policies
In order to reserve your date, JKL Floral Design requires a $500 nonrefundable deposit, which will be subtracted from your total bill. If for some reason the event is cancelled, this deposit will be forfeited. Thank you for understanding that we may lose the potential to work that date if an event is cancelled.
Once you choose your floral package, JKL Floral Design requires a nonrefundable deposit of 40% of the total cost of your flowers. This amount is due upon on the signing of the contract with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event, during your final consultation. Payments accepted include cash, cashier’s credit card or check. Special requests not included in the original invoice will require an additional bill and are due at the time of ordering.
Jean will work with you throughout the process, preparing for your wedding or event. On the day of the event, her staff will arrive at the agreed-upon time prior to your wedding or event for set-up. This time may vary depending on how simplistic or difficult the floral installations are for the event. Jean will discuss logistics with you or your wedding coordinator or planner in advance of your event to ensure every last detail is attended to for peace of mind.
We are located on the grounds of the Antebellum Oaks Venue, but also provide services to other Austin-area venues (Westlake, Cedar Park, Spicewood, Dripping Springs,etc.) and potentially destinations as well. Contact us for more details.
